There exist a few schemes for the students.
1.   Multiple Entry and Exit in Academic Programmes
One of the major initiatives announced by Hon'ble Prime Minister is the "Guidelines for Multiple Entry and Exit in Academic Programmes offered in Higher Education lnstitutions". The proposed multiple entry and exit system is built on imaginative and flexible curricular structures facilitating students to choose their learning trajectory and programmes.

2.   Academic Bank of Credits
The Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) has been envisaged to facilitate the academic mobility of students with the freedom to study across the Higher Education Institutions in the country with an appropriate "credit transfer" mechanism from one programme to another, leading to attain a Degree/Diploma/PG-diploma.

3.   Guidelines for Training/Orientation of Faculty on Indian Knowledge System (IKS)
The NEP 2020 has stressed upon the promotion of Indian Languages, Arts and Culture, and has recommended for the integration of IKS into curriculums at all levels of education. Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) encompasses the treasure of knowledge in various disciplines that emerged systematically from the ancient times in India over generations.

4.   Curriculum and Credit Framework for Undergraduate Programmes
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recognizes that higher education plays an extremely important role in promoting human as well as social well-being and in developing India. UGC has formulated a new student-centric “Curriculum and Credit Framework for Undergraduate Programmes (CCFUP)” incorporating a flexible choice-based credit system.

5.   UGCs Academic Collaboration to offer Twinning Programme, Joint Degree, Dual Degree and Regulations, 2022
National Education Policy, 2020 and the Budget Announcement of 2021-22, LJniversity Grants Commission has notified the University Grants Commission (Academic Collaboration between Indian and Foreign Higher Educational Institutions to offer Twinning, Joint Degree and Dual Degree Programmes) Regulations, 2022 in the official Gazette on, 2nd May, 2022.
